Workshop on Bioreactor

The Workshop on Bioreactor was organized on 14th November, 2019 by the Faculty of Science at Kelana Jaya Learning Site, Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Debajyoti Bose, Professor and Head of the Department (HoD) of Biological Sciences, Yobe State University, Damaturu, Yobe State, Nigeria was the key speaker of the event.

Bioreactor can be described as a vessel which has provision of cell cultivation under sterile condition and control of environmental conditions e.g., pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, etc. It can be used for the cultivation of microbial plant or animal cells.

Kolokium Pendidikan Revolusi Industri 4.0 – Imagineering Education in The Fourth Industrial Revolution

Dr. Asita Elengoe, Faculty member of Lincoln University College attended the Kolokium Pendidikan Revolusi Industri 4.0 – Imagineering Education in The Fourth Industrial Revolution on 5th November 2019 at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), Putrajaya. The colloquium was organized by Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia and inaugurated by YB Dr. Maszlee bin Malik, Minister of Education, Malaysia. YAB Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Prime Minister of Malaysia was the guest of honor of the event.

Professional ethics is an important element in conducting any business with a client. It helps to connect customers with products / services provided by the company. Individuals with professional ethics get a positive impact and help to maintain a customer relationship with their company. Having a good ethical professional is important in describing the brand of the institution or where they work. Most of the hiring managers believe employees with stronger soft skills have a better chance of getting hired / promoted than a well-experienced employee with limited soft skills.

A workshop on ‘Scientific Research in the Digital Age’ was organised at Lincoln University College at Centre of Post Graduate Studies from 14th to 18th October, 2019 scholars from Indonesia, India and Somalia has been taken part. Associate Professor Dr. Ali Ameen, Assistant Professor Dr. Pak Tukimin, Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Isaac from Lincoln University College conducted the workshop.
