Professional ethics is an important element in conducting any business with a client. It helps to connect customers with products / services provided by the company. Individuals with professional ethics get a positive impact and help to maintain a customer relationship with their company. Having a good ethical professional is important in describing the brand of the institution or where they work. Most of the hiring managers believe employees with stronger soft skills have a better chance of getting hired / promoted than a well-experienced employee with limited soft skills.
A workshop on ‘Scientific Research in the Digital Age’ was organised at Lincoln University College at Centre of Post Graduate Studies from 14th to 18th October, 2019 scholars from Indonesia, India and Somalia has been taken part. Associate Professor Dr. Ali Ameen, Assistant Professor Dr. Pak Tukimin, Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Isaac from Lincoln University College conducted the workshop.

Unit Kenegaraan, Bahagian Kesepaduan Sosial dan Integrasi Nasional, Jabatan Perpaduan Negara & Integrasi Nasional, Jabatan Perdana Menteri Malaysia has organized a programme named ‘Forum Perpaduan Sekretariat Rukun Negara 2019’ at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) on 8th October 2019. Forum Perpaduan Sekretariat Rukun Negara 2019 was launched by YB Senator Waytha Moorthy A/l Ponnusamy. The event was attended by Student Representative Council 2019/2020 of Lincoln University College, LUCMED Vice President and Student Activity & Co-Curricular Unit.
Ms. Veshaleni Sritharan, Lecturer / Industrial Training Executive, Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Lincoln University College and Advisor of the hospitality club under students’ affairs organized a bowling tournament for hospitality students at One Utama Shopping Centre on 4th October 2019. This event, participated by students and lecturers, served an objective of bring the students and lecturers together to improve productivity, ability to increase motivation among students, develop the collaboration among students, and positive communication and reinforcement among the student. It was a successful event as all the students had a good time with their batch mates.
